The Aligoté grape variety was born in Burgundy & is the second white wine grape after Chardonnay. On the nose there are white flowers, acacia & minerals. Not as opulent as Chardonnay the flavour is finer with good acidity Fresh pure flavoured easy drinking white Burgundy. Best with delicate seafood & goats cheese.
